	RULES
1	Handicaps for competition as at 31st Aug. No addition to handicap during competition. Reductions will take
	immediate effect.
2	No more than 2 back matches to be played on the card in any given week.
3	A maximum of 5 matches to be played on the card throughout the competition.
4	Matches on the card to be notified to David McKee BEFORE play commences. This can be done either
	in person, by telephone call or by text message. No exceptions.
5	The person who cancelled the original match is responsible for rearranging the fixture.
6	Failure to rerrange the match will result in the points being awarded to the other person.
7	£20 entry fee ( non-refundable ) to be paid to Hugh Mitchell on or before 12th September
8	Maximum Handicap 9.
9	Where any participant is left stranded because his opponents of the day have gone out in a different time
	slot the points will be awarded to the player left stranded - No Exceptions.
10 All matches must be completed by last week, despite weather etc.
11	Anyone who fails to complete will be refused admission for future years.
